Heads or Tails

Today they decided

To flip a coin

To fairly decide

Who first would join

So, one picked heads

The other tails

As the coin took flight

By the flick of a nail

It flipped and flopped

Then tumbled down

Landing with a clink

Upon the ground

But it wasn’t tails

Nor was it heads

It stood upright

On edge, instead

Unwilling

To make a decision

Thanks for stopping by!
