A butterfly passed Between cars today Evading traffic Not long to stay Happy and yellow She fluttered above The line of metal Cars desperate to get From here to there All too unaware Of the beauty In the sky With a wistful “Hello,” And a cordial “Goodbye,” On tissue paper wings She flies
