Illuminated by light
A mixed composition
Is the cycle of life;
Seasons of change
Some welcomed…some not
All have a purpose
Lest we forgot;
Even the rainy days
That block out the sun
Help ignite the color
In the next autumn to come.

Oh, thanks so much! It is my photo (taken before the poem). We are having a vibrant year for foliage, so I’ve been taking lots of pics. I’ll probably have more posts about autumn coming since I have other photos to inspire me (and it is my favorite season)! 🍁🍂🍊
