Of intricate lace

Against blue sky

Wind gusts chase

The delicate features

Of leaf and petal;

Highlights of green

Form a fluffy spectacle

That could easily be

In an underwater scene

Of fine coral beds

Tucked in by saltwater dreams

And kissed by the fishes

Who would call it home

Under the great blue

Ocean where they roam

Just like the birds

In the sky high above

Drawn to the unique

Color of love

We see royal plumes

Upon the tree;

Natural ornaments

Of purple filigree

That surely will delight

And make a proclamation;

“My beauty exists

To ignite your imagination.”
