For the wrapping to begin

Let out a “Ho, Ho, Ho!”

And put on a Grinchy grin

As you roll out the paper

And tear off the tape

You measure twice, cut once

Still, you’ve made a mistake

The box is too big

Or the paper’s too small

What’s inside the box?

You simply can’t recall
