Snow days

Are like snow globes

For us folks stuck inside

Shake us up to see

Where all our secrets hide

Some of us will snack

And watch a favorite show

Some of us will huddle

In front of the fire’s glow

Some of us will sleep

The snowy day away

Some of us will find

So many ways to play

Until the music stops

When all the glitter’s settled

We’ll again venture out

From our snow globes together
