On this day

Angels proclaimed the Lord’s decree

A special child today is born

And her name is Dayle Marie;

And God gifted her

With eyes of wonder

And a heart to love

All those around her;

As a loyal wife

And a caring friend

As Mom and Josh’s Gram

Her love has no end;

Now seven decades later

The Lord looks down and sees

The product of His creation

And with her, He sure is pleased;

A happy 70^th birthday

To His child Dayle Marie

I thank Him for His blessing

Of naming her Mom of me
