Some other time

When the days of you

And I are gone;

Different sets of eyes

Will see

Us in the clouds

Forever-free;

Decorating the sky – beautifully

Studying the same scene,

Questioning and wondering,

Searching and asking “Why?”

As they scan the windswept sky;

To see the beauty

That once was

And find hopes and dreams
